Soon to be new graduate that is fielding several different offers currently. What are some things that I should be on the look out for in contracts? Anything that is a major red flag in a contract?

I’ve been told to avoid contracts where my pay is based off of collections instead of average production. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately my school offers no services in the realm of contract review or even education.
