I am a US-trained dentist who has completed one year’s residency in New York. I now live in the Caribbean. Jobs here are very limited, and after working for 16 years, I am now unemployed. I don’t have a license or papers to live or work in the USA. Can anyone give any suggestions on what I can do for work?
