Good evening everyone!

I have had a temp crown for almost two weeks and it fell off tonight. My dentist is getting the permanent crown later this week to put on. Waiting for it to be made.

My temp crown fell off during dinner right now, I will not be able to see him til Monday.

What can I do in the mean time to make sure I keep the area in good health til Monday?

I am assuming I should avoid sugary foods. Drinking black coffee and having soup be okay? I figured soup might be a good option for it.
