Man with poor oral hygiene, didn’t see dentist during COVID at all. Black build up on the back of my teeth (and a very small amount on the front that just brushes off.) How can I get rid of this? Should I be worried? : Dentistry

Title says it all, I normally don’t have the best hygiene, but would go to a dentist once every 6-12 months pre COVID, but have not since late 2019. Generally bulrush once a day (though I go through depressive episodes where I just wont for a few days). I know my habits are bad and I’m trying to change them. However I noticed the back of my teeth tonight and just thought I’d throw a question out there. Appreciate the help!
