My dental office just posted they have 2 front desk positions available and I’m ready to bail on my current job but hang in there because I love the dental field and can translate insurance to people who don’t even know what their calendar year max is or that not everything is covered 100%. I feel really good about applying, especially because it’s my personal dental office but concerned that may work against me. I don’t know anything about how an office runs, though. What do I need to know? How can I prepare?
