Our office gets a lot of patients who negotiate beyond what’s reasonable in my opinion. It’s beyond your “pay cash up front and get 10-15% off”. I can even think of a patient who is demanding 45% off of her treatment plan which includes multiple implants, crowns, etc. and then when you seem reticent or say no they look at you and the rest of your staff like you’re the greediest people in the world. How do you all navigate these types of situations? New dentist here and I’d like to see how other offices go over treatment plans, and deal with patient outrage over prices.
