You need to have AutoCAD LT 2018 (or later) installed on your computer, and have AutoCAD’s “Map Tools” option selected in the CAD Application Options. It can be found in the Tools and Options dialog box.

Salivary gland chymase with strong immunostimulatory properties promotes enhanced expression of tumor-associated antigens in tumor cells.
The enzymes chymase and tryptase have been shown to induce de novo synthesis of tumor antigens (TAAs) and to increase the immunogenicity of tumor cells by recruiting dendritic cells (DC) and other leukocytes to the vicinity of the tumor site. This study was undertaken to investigate whether chymase and tryptase promote antigen expression and presentation and to find out whether chymase has any proinflammatory properties. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis of TAA expression in human squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) was done with an antibody against the SCC-associated TAA MART-1. The functionality of chymase and tryptase as an immunostimulatory agent was tested in an autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) with SCC cell lines and in a transwell model using DC and T cells. Chymase and tryptase induced strong expression of TAA MART-1 and MUC-1 and enhanced presentation of TAA to T cells. These effects were observed in SCC cell lines with different expression patterns of chymase and tryptase. Chymase and tryptase alone induced strong TAA expression in vitro and the chymase-induced expression was influenced by immunosuppressive agents. Neither the chymase-induced production of TAA nor the chymase-mediated TAA presentation was accompanied by secretion of proinflammatory cytokines. In contrast to tryptase, chymase with its stronger immunostimulatory activity was able to induce and present TAAs on the cell surface of SCC and to induce cytokine production from SCC cells.
